I know there is a way to print individual pages. What I'm looking for is a way to print every chapter on a single document. Obviously with interactives it's more difficult but it would be nice if you could print the chain of chapters by going to the last chapter and printing all previous together.
Ex) I'm on chapter 27, there could be a second printer that will print my choices, 111122222222122222122211112.
