*Xr* I found a few more 32 more affirmations to add to my Positivity Journal. During any spare time this week I'm planning to enter as many as possible (some are short--a sentence, one has a list of about 25 short ones, others are a few paragraphs). After this I'm not searching or planning on adding anymore large portions of them, only the random bits I happen to run across. I did have some spare time, but none of the affirmations were put into my Positivity Journal.

*Checkg* I'm looking up healthy snacks/recipes on Pinterest and plan to save 10 pins. I have saved at least 10 healthy snacks/recipes! Now, just gotta get busy using them.

*Xr* Exercise list planning: start a list of exercises per each target area in wo(can summarize areas into bigger areas such as back and arms vs mid/upper back and biceps/triceps .....but consider making subcategories) After determining target area(s) category/subcategories, look into finding exercises willing/capable of doing to include in list I did not accomplish anything toward this goal this week.
