Here are some places to find items listed by participants:

On the left-hand side of the screen under Community Tab - Auto Reward Items, Read a Newbie, Read & Review and Please Review.

Also on the left-hand side of the screen below the Community Tab - Browse by Type, Browse by Genre, and Browse by Authors.

Other places to look -The Newsfeed, Editor's Picks in the Newsletters, Portfolios at random, Entries in The Writers Cramp and other contests, The Plug Page and Anniversary Reviews.
