Welcome to Writing.Com, Andrea. This place can be daunting with all its nooks and crannies. But remember, every member started out just like you ... and we're still here. I know you'll find your niche and achieve all the things you want to achieve.

You know you don't have to write a novel to satisfy your urge to write. Start out with some short stories about your favorite subjects. Perhaps you can grow into that novel you want to write.
