I find titles troublesome. My first (published) book didn't get the actual title until long after I'd written it. For so long it will simply under a working title. My current WIP got its title after I reread the draft, and now I'm putting in all those references (no CTRL+F needed here, because I'm fabricating what I need in a major rewrite). It would have been easier to have that in advance, but I don't do things the easy way.
