Yeah, side effects suck, don’t they? I think you know your body well enough to say thy aren’t for you. With anxiety and panic attacks, I find my response to it is the most effective way to deal with it. Okay, meds can take th edge of my feelings, but breathing exercises, meditation, those kind of things help the most.
