Hi, I'm Kat and I'm new here. I hope that I'm responding to this forum correctly.

Forgiveness is an odd one for me, there have been times in my life when I've been angry with others, even hated others, but I don't really hold grudges. More, I just tend to feel a sense of sadness for what they did to me and a sense of regret for myself for allowing it to happen.

You can't change the past, what's done is done. All you can do is try your best not to repeat the actions of the past that put you in the situation to begin with.
