Update 4/16 - 4/20
Due to the new pup I was surprised with, my activity level has certainly been much higher than it has been.

I have done better with reducing my carb intake and sticking to more planned meals which has helped keep them healthier and lower in poor carb choices.

I have been working on tracking or reviewing some resources provided to me or found by me, to include in the tLC group resource area.
