You do need to forget about it. Maybe photograph it, then do the same in a couple of weeks, and get objective opinions on whether it looks any different. I know how horrible it is, though. But you need to force your mind to think of something else every time you start to worry. Like, force yourself to subtract 7 from 100, then keep going. Every time your mind wanders back to worrying, start over. I know that sounds random, but it might help a little.
