Oh yes. Self-awareness matters. Sometimes, most of the times actually, when people don't reply to me thank you, I think I did something wrong to them. It's funny really, I start to overthink, considering all previous conversations we had and what is the reason why they didn't say thank you when I gave them things. I don't know if they are not self-aware or there's a specific reason why they are not polite to the point but it definitely makes me go places in which I feel like I'm undeserving of two simple words .
