I will not lie. At various points in my life, mostly in my younger years, I've been guilty of many of these at some point. In my opinion, many of these ways of thought stunt our growth.
The last one I am still guilty of to some degree. Not that I sit around pushing herbal stuff on people who take meds. And, not to the extreme of the water used as an example. Just for myself, I use the natural argument. Now I'm dating someone like myself who refuses pharmaceuticals. He's got dangerously high blood pressure and refuses the recommended meds. Kind of hard convincing someone to take care of themselves, when they use the same argument that I use for my own health issues.
