Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

I am so sorry to hear how hard a time you're having. I do not know, so I am asking in ignorance, but would medicine help at all? It just sounds AWFUL because I relate to the mother in law. Mine was the same. It was MY first time as a mother and she ruined it. I was very young. At least you know what you're doing as a mother, and are old enough and wise enough to know this is PPD and not (all?) you. Your husband is another story... give yourself a break if at all possible; easy to say, must be incredibly hard to do. Is there anyone who is supportive of you that you can take your kids and go stay with 'temporarily' or as long as you feel like it?
