Only Chapter One

Hi Robert!

First off, thank you for taking the time to read my opening chapter and also for giving me recommendations for improvement in terms of the settings, characters, conflicts, etc. I apologize for not writing to you sooner, but unfortunately, I was absorbed in a number of other matters at that time. I will definitely take the advice you've given me and use that to drastically improve the hot mess that it is at the moment (yes, I am referring to the first five paragraphs ). Hopefully, I can share this chapter with you again if you're up for it. Thanks again!
