The intent of Trinkets is that there not be a way to track who has them. Thus, any tracking must be done by hand = keeping a list as you give them out.

To see who has received a particular Merit Badge, click on the title of that MB in its tile display, anywhere it's displayed like that. This loads a paged listing of all of that particular Merit Badge that are visible to you, that have been given.
