It would probably be too much load on the servers.


Current options:

Click out of such items instead of reviewing them (it's not an obligation), and try another Random Review selection.

Change your content rating filter setting temporarily when you're Random Reviewing.

Note the authors of such Static items and use your Ignore utility.
