I came across a journal that helps you form habits. It's called a "sidekick journal" from Habit Nest. I am hoping I can reshape my day, and form a better, more "scheduled" day for myself. I want to get a scheduled writing time set, and I'm going to have to make this a developed habit. I'm doing this specifically for Nano! And I think it is perfect timing for the October prep month here for me. Please wish me luck!!!
