Every member already has a Badge Checklist.

On their Community tab, the link is at the bottom of the Merit Badge Summary list on the left side of the tab: View Badge Checklist
If you click to view all their MB's, the link is at the upper right corner of that page: Checklist

On the Checklist page, there are 3 sorts:
All Badges • Acquired Badges • Needed Badges


For future reference, any "Can I?" and "How do I" questions about using the site should be posted in "Technical Support Forum"  first. If it's not already possible, you'll be directed here.
