Having a problem with links listed in "Writing Tools"....

Having a problem with links listed in "Writing Tools" on the Prep Calendar Page?

I'm not able to open any of the links from that section? Can anyone help me? Suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? lol. I mean seriously, it's like I've been snakebit today regarding technology.
