If this could be done without too much of a headache, it definitely would help. We had over 126, and that was just for Lucky Bones. I think if the event shows a lot of participation and has awarded a lot of badges, it shouldn't have to wait until its run three times. I create new items a lot, and they usually require sending loads of badges.

One thing I would love to see, if none of the above can be done, is to be denied sending a badge/ribbon if it's been too soon. It flat out tells you, "Sorry, but you've already sent this person a badge within the last..." Not only because it reminds me not to send one, but another reason being that maybe some people care about CR, but others don't give a hoot, and they send you multiple badges even if if it does say it's too soon.
