Aawwwggghhh!!!

I would NEVER want to be denied being able to send a Merit Badge!

I am pretty sure that originally they all counted but that had to change when folks started abusing the system and sending badge after badge after badge to their friends just to increase their CR.

Maybe y'all could ask for fewer days in between-- like a week, say... then you could just plan to send out badges every week on a certain day at a certain time...
