Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

Eh, the dude across the street is still an issue. Apparently, they only kept him for 24 hours. More has happened, but it is a long story. Keeping it short, he's still obviously off his meds. He's still screaming from across the street, harassing me and my neighbor. He even put mirrors in all his windows to reflect the imaginary radiation we are magically shooting in his direction. I've called the police twice after he's been back, adult services, and child services. He's a single father with an 11-year-old son. I can't even imagine what that kid is going through. Anyway, nobody has done shit and it has me pissed at the mental health care in Texas. That and Child Services. This kid could be in danger and they are not doing anything about it.
