Oh, I just noticed your other response about your daughter. Having had a step-father with the illness, I have learned how to avoid aggravating them more. At the same time, like you, I understand this is not who he is when he's in the right state of mind. When I've called the law, I've notified them that it is a mental health issue, but I also stressed my concerns about the boy living there. Tomorrow I'm going to go forward with all the suggestions here, including your MHMR suggestion. Since he is section 8 it is very likely that he was using the services of MHMR, or at least did at one time.
