Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

Thanks Elizabeth. I have learned a lot of people over the years we're motivated by pity or just the desire to show kindness. Nothing wrong with that but many didn't think it through and I would have to sit and watch everyone open presents which was like me talk torment. So it's just easier to decline. I often times don't go to parties either so no big deal there. Social gathering make me uncomfortable and I am almost guaranteed to offend someone. I have foot in mouth disease (as I like to call it) better know as autism. Don't let your heart be too broken, this is far easier believe me! 😀
