Is art like this an accurate depiction of mental illness? Damn these pictures are accurate AF!

Do you think people with mental illnesses are more prone to creativity? I can't speak for the masses, but it's true with me. And when we dig a little deeper to examine some of the great writers and artists - we all have that in common.

Can you think of any pros of your specific mental illness(es)? Without the issues I have, I'm not sure I'd be as creative as I am. Nor as sensitive or compassionate. For me, the world around me has a deeper meaning. Many people don't pause to gaze at a perfectly spun spider web to appreciate the masterful work. They quickly swipe it down and erase any memory of it.

LOL, I'm about to go off on a tangent so I'll take this opportunity to exit stage right.
