I think I'd have to tell my teenage self to not settle for anything you don't want. Figure out what you want and go for it, don't just wish it will come to you and fall in your lap because that won't happen. Don't be a bitch but have confidence and grow a spine, otherwise, you're going to let people walk all over you. Remember, don't settle because you think it's the best you're going to get. Give yourself a chance.
