I grew up learning about God in the Episcopal Church. For a long time I felt like I was lost in the myriad paths that "connect everyone to each other through Christ our Lord". I did not understand what that meant until I was 15. To me, that means that we are all God's children and that we must care for each other and love one another.
I think I am more "spiritual" than "religious". In other words, I believe in reincarnation, but yet I also believe in God and in some other religous deities. So, does that make me a Christian? Or something else?
I have major depression, and reaching out to a "higher power" has helped me tremendously through my ups and downs.
