Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

Like Visteria, I was brought up as an Episcopalian. I sang in the junior and senior choir, gave Sunday School instruction and was on the Alter Guild. I respected and was loyal to my faith; however, as I matured, I briefly left the faith. But, in the last 20 years, my faith has deepened due to the deaths of my parents and brother, illness and seeing how our world has regressed. Of course, there are many good things going on still in the world but the horrors of the world have compelled me to dig deeper into the Truth.

Faith in a higher power can help you overcome almost anything. I am no longer Episcopalian but catholic and learning something positive almost every day about faith.
