Good Evening Darleen,

I relate to you somewhat on the Focus and Motivation. I am unsure about the second and third question for me though.

It is hard for me to answer some of these question because I use to go through a lot, but now I do not go through as much because the medications I am on has been working for me for about 13 years now. And I have not really had a problem but sept when I went off my medications for about six weeks starting in October ending some where in the middle of November 2018.
