I don't have an issue with any of this.

I fall back to judging the 30DBC...people who write two- or three-sentence responses to prompts don't win, and there's no "Participation Trophy" for doing that for 30 days. Doing the bare minimum isn't doing anyone any favors, and as such shouldn't be rewarded. charitykountz says it about as well as possible.

We all have our reasons...I know I don't participate much at all but half-assing it is almost an affront to those who do actually put in the work on themselves and are willing to write about it. If you're just here hangin' out for the accolades and attention, you're not here for the right reasons.
