Thank you for welcoming me into your group. I have a mood disorder which used to embarrass and almost cripple me. It doesn't anymore. I have been hospitalized and medicated (still am medicated). I have spent the last seven years really working on myself and it all started with really discovering who I am.
I'd like to see how you all have discovered self by asking these questions:
1. What have you learned you are capable of that surprised you?
2. Do you know how you respond to conflict? What feelings does it bring up for you and how do you manage them?
3. If you could do anything, what would that look like?
4. Describe the difference between a content you and a distressed you?
