Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

Umm that's a heckofa long article, Charlie. I skipped to the Summary and Conclusions, since that's what all good researchers do, right?


To answer the questions:
1. I'm so not doing my Honors thesis right now even though I should.
2. My causes? Being overwhelmed, anxiety (the prospect of the thesis is way overwhelming) and I definitely lack the motivation and energy to do it. 😬
3. I honestly don't know. Probably staring at Word as the cursor blinks doesn't help, though. For what it's worth, I had my first deadline with the advisor before Thanksgiving and she didn't send me ANYTHING back until mid-January when she wanted everything done by February 25. Her feedback on what I wrote was very specific, but she was rather generic on what I hadn't written yet/what she expected from the rewrites/additions so I haven't touched it since.
I've decided to push back my graduation to Spring even though I should still get my degree in Winter quarter because the Honors program isn't a specific school/degree within the university, just an additional, bonus thing (on the diploma, I think?) so I won't be taking classes in Spring quarter and will be staying home to write my thesis instead.
