I am the master of self-handicapping and self-sabotage, in part due to energy level problems that are out of my control, but also because of fear of failure, fear of judgement/evaluation, fear of success, impulsivity (if I'm manic), and distractibility (at all times).
I took the topic of the week, and decided I should really explore that in-depth, to see if there were any strategies that I could apply to my particular situation (that is, taking the physical component into account).
While I think it is a serious topic and even spurred me into action - I purchased further resources - I think we can all agree this sums the topic up well!
