Do you have problems with procrastination in your own life? What types of tasks do you procrastinate the most on?
-I think if I were to say anything other than "yes, I do," fire would strike me down and burn into ash.

I procrastinate on everything. I used to be really bad about it in school, like I wrote my last ten page paper the morning of graduation.

When it's something that gives me anxiety or that I'm worried I'm going to fail at or be judged on, my procrastination gets a lot worse.

Looking at all of the listed causes of procrastination in the article, which ones do you see as being a problem for yourself? Which have you experienced most frequently?
-What ones aren't a problem for me, that article attacked me and dragged me out back.

Um, let's see. Abstract goals, goals too distant in the future, leaving issues for "future me" (case in point, Rhay and I are currently doing that as we got McDonald's twice through Uber Eats, even though she had to pay with paypal credit because "that's an issue for future me"

), indecisiveness (that is such a big one), being overwhelmed, fear of failure, fear of criticism, perfectionism (if it's not done perfectly, what's the point in doing it at all?), getting easily distracted, lack of motivation because depression is evil, task aversion, self-handicapping, and self-sabotaging. The ones I experience the most are indecisiveness, being overwhelmed, fear of failure and criticism, perfectionism, getting easily distracted, task aversion, lack of motivation, and self-sabotaging (although I've gotten a little better on the self-sabotage one).

Taking your list of procrastination causes, what are some things you can think of to overcome procrastination issues?
-Some of them, it helps when you're just aware that you do it. Like with self-sabotage, it's helped me a little not to do it when I know that's something I have a problem with. I also constantly have to-do lists every single day, which helps me keep more on track, and I wish that I'd done it back when I was in school. I also try to do a little bit of something every day, and that adds up, instead of having to do it all at the last minute.
