Chat! HAHAHA I totally agree. Just because I know, WILL I just BAM fix it? Probably not even close.
You know, for yearssss that's exactly how I felt about my addiction. I had been to rehab more times than you'd imagine and I knew every single lesson they were teaching. They would read the 12 steps or a group curriculum or out of a book and mentally I'd be saying the words before they'd even say them. So, yes it comes down to now that extra push and motivation that I find is the hardest part.
