Here is this week’s Topic of the Week: ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** Polarizing Topics We hear a lot about ‘polarizing’ statements in politics. Polarities aren’t only reserved for the political spectrum, though. Polarities permeate our lives, because they are not "problems" to be solved, but rather situations that must be handled using the input from a variety of viewpoints and differing expectations. Sometimes the polarities are internal – where we place expectations on ourselves based on what we think others want. Other times, it’s the input and expectations of others – family, bosses, etc. that we must reconcile. In both cases, we need to a find a balance in a situation where there sometimes isn’t a full solution. In this article Difficult Choices ![]() Tell us about one of the polarities in one of the following areas of your life (it can be internally polarizing or involve others) and how you prioritize your mental health. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Questions to think about: ![]() ![]() ![]() Best, Charlie ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** Click Here to Join! ![]() |
