Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

I really don't want to dive into the drama with my daughter right now, mostly because I am trying to focus on the positive in my life, rather than past issues. I write about it somewhat in my blog only viewable to members here. Below are some of the entries that tackle the issue:

Rising Star is a program on WdC for black cases only. Only, rather than joining, we recruit you by noticing you through activity with writing, on the newsfeed, reviewing and various other ways on WdC. The program lasts three months, and during that time there are several writing assignments, set to encourage writers to step out of their comfort zones and grow as writers. As of now, only eight black cases are recruited per session. I hope that explains it well.
