Well mostly I just remember that how I'm feeling today won't last forever. That I'm going through a rough time in order to make my life better so the other side will be much more peaceful. And I accept that this is how I am today - I am okay with not being okay today - I can explain it, I can justify it and I can work on it.
It's when I have depression and anxiety for no real "reason" that bothers me more...I have trouble accepting those times.
