I'm sure it is possible with some photoshoping - although I'm not 100% sure about the 'shiny' part. From my experience with the website, I am not sure if it would make much of a difference to the end result though. I would imagine you'd need the 'art' image to be something shiny looking, and then it would try to transfer that to the input image.
