Yes, well you totally get it! In my old job some people who complained to my manager about me not acting "happy" enough at work were the next minute sharing inspirational quotes about being aware of mental health issues because you don't know what people are going through on their FB page - go figure!!
I think on the surface, companies in the UK PRETEND to care about MH issues because they have to be seen to paying lip service, but in reality, when it comes to the day to day dealing with someone who has mental health issues, they don't actually understand/give a shit......
