not acting "happy" enough
That makes me wanna punch a wall.
I've been there though. I worked at a place several years ago and was told by a manager that I needed to "smile" more, especially at superiors, so that they know I'm happy to be there. I replied with, "don't tell me what to do with my fucking mouth" and quit on the spot. Obviously, it wasn't a good job to begin with.
I think a lot of that shit is lip service to begin with. I'm graduating in December and recruiters are trying to hit me up. They're like, "Oh, and we have yoga because we care about our employees mental health!" Like, sure, that's nice, but what do you realistically do to support your employees' mental health? Like, it's nice that you have complementary yoga at 6 o'clock on Wednesdays (because we all wanna stay after work and do yoga, right?), but do you support PTO for mental health issues? Do you have employee assistance programs? No? Okay.
