I know about the saying that money doesn't buy happiness but I also know about the saying "money doesn't buy happiness but it's more comforting to cry in BMW than on the bicycle" . On a serious note, I don't fully agree to all money doesn't buy happiness thing. Being experienced in both- richness and poorness- I have to say that money brought me things I could only dream about when I was poor. One of the best thing money brought me is the ability to travel the world and see things I could only see in magazines when I was poor. Traveling and meeting different cultures makes me extremely happy and content. I always thought that people who travel a lot have more wisdom than those who don't have the chance to travel. I've met so many different people who influenced my existence in this world and for that I am very grateful. I love pretty things. I mean, who doesn't? I love when someone surprises me with a gift, especially when they buy me books. My sister and I made a habit on our travels- we always buy gifts for a couple of friends and mom in every city we've been to. For example, one of my cousins collects post stamps and we always buy him those he don't already have. He always shows appreciation for this act because he LOVES his stamps collection. And my sister and I just love to see him all excited about it. Yes, for me, money CAN buy happiness. The only time it can't is when you're breaking yourself for the people who don't give a shit about you and your stuff. Then you become miserable because they don't treat you with appreciation and money lose its meaning here. Spruce your portfolio with images from "Minja's Sig Shop.
