Interesting perspective, Dominique. I definitely see what you're saying as I've gone quite up and down with money throughout the years too. One thing I will say is that having the money for things like healthcare is invaluable. When I hear someone say that money doesn't matter, I immediately think of all the people who are struggling with severe mental or physical health issues and can't afford therapy or medication or to see a doctor. It's super rough.

At the same time, I've definitely been happier in times of having less money when my work/life balance was really nice and my life was generally more relaxed.
