I know I'm not on here much but I think I will at least start joining TOTW. I don't like the quote it says that you should take care of you, but the reverse would not be true? I actually started taking better care of myself when I was trying to impress a girl, now that is routine for me even though she rejected me. I wouldn't want her to take care of her for me, she needs to take care of her for her. Just as I should have been taking care of me for me. Your the only one who can entice change within yourself for whatever the reason, do it for yourself.
