...I didn't think of it that way, but I've been in that exact situation, of self care purely for someone else, and it ended miserably. I guess maybe it depends, like whether or not you start that way, but turn out to start doing it for yourself? Hmm.

I have a fear of getting a job, too. I don't think I'm capable of it right now, anyway, but even if I were, the thought is petrifying and I'm not sure why. So you aren't alone!
