Dragon is hiding I think indeed the problem with memoirs is that they are often boring. Just the fact that something happened doesn't mean it's noteworthy and memoir material. Apart from that, I think you have to be a good writer to write memoirs, even better ones than your average genre in writing. Memoirs are very difficult to write, I think. Not everybody's cup of tea.
