Closest thing to a funny is my comment I made in Char's blog, which is likely only funny to me (because it's true):

I kinda have older person's ailments so I tend to do older people things. Like right now I'm practicing telling doctors and staff off without them quite knowing it. I don't look that old, so this whole older person's thing doesn't work in actuality, just in my head. But it's helping me so far, except when I actually said out loud, "Perhaps you and I should just part ways." Shouted it, actually. Crap. I needed this doctor and I only meant to think of something more PC to say out loud ... well, nobody's perfect, eh.

I seem to be accelerating to the punch line. Like, I should say all this to soften the blow but yada, yada, yada yeah—no—I'm too lazy how about I just blurt it out? Not a recommended method.
