Thank you! You're so super sweet! It was a really good treatment! I'm not finished, but they did Accelerate Resolution Therapy (based on EMDR) and we have it here in my town, so I'm going to do a bit more. It's usually much faster than talk therapy, which I've been doing for several years. I think this is way better. I think I'll be done with most of my therapy in a couple of months--max. It's often 4-6 sessions for each trauma, but I have several from Iraq, so it will take me a few extra sessions.
