I don't see any obvious room for improvement, and have never been accused of being good at long-term planning (although it's often been expected of me). I'm having fun and getting stretched, especially as I was tabbed with doing the Reviews for Rd. 3, a task at which I'm not especially gifted. So, unless something breaks, just keep doin' what you're doin'!
