That wouldn't work very well. Most people have staff accounts in their Favorites because of the Newsfeed, so the bulk of the listing would always be taken up with activity from site items. Or if someone was editing a lot of items to change their review options.

The best Favorites listing for new items is this one -- Daily Update -- which breaks out the new items by Favorited Authors in its own listing. It's updated once a day rather than live, and you get 7 days worth of notifications.
