Notebook entry content rating
Suggestion for notebook posts:

When creating an entry, we can set the Content Rating of the post to be different from our notebook defaults. Sometimes people slip up, and it might be nice to be able to edit the Content Rating when editing the post. As it is, as far as I've been able to find, we can edit the post but not its rating, or delete it entirely.

Sure, we can copy the text from the edit box and make a new post with a more appropriate CR, but then any comments get lost.
